姚氏高原鳅的年龄结构与生长特性OA
Age structure and growth characteristics of Triplophysa yaopeizhii
为有效开展姚氏高原鳅(Triplophysa yaopeizhii)的资源保护工作,以微耳石作年龄鉴定材料,对采集自西昌安宁河的362尾姚氏高原鳅开展了年龄结构与生长特性研究.结果显示:姚氏高原鳅样本体长范围为3.3~10.7 cm,体质量范围为0.7~14.2 g;年龄范围为2~9龄,5~6龄为优势年龄,约占样本总数的42.27%.体长(L)与体质量(W)的拟合关系式为W=0.0126L2.9606(R2=0.961 9,n=362),符合匀速生长特性.雌、雄群体体长、体质量与年龄之间差异不显著(P>0.05),通过von Bertalanffy生长方程拟合得到体长体质量生长方程:Lt=10.415[1-e-0.155(t+1.750)],Wt=12.981[1-e-0.155(t+1.750)]2.9606;拐点年龄为5.248龄,与之对应的体长Li=6.895 cm,体质量Wi=3.827 g;表观生长指数φ为1.295,表明姚氏高原鳅生长缓慢,生长周期长.
The age structure and growth characteristics of 362 Triplophysa yaopeizhii speciments col-lected from the Anning River in Xichang were studied using otoliths for age determination.The main re-sults were as follows:the body length of T.yaopeizhii ranged from 4.1 to 10.7 cm,and the body weight ranged from 0.7 to 14.2 g.The age of the speciments ranged from 2 to 9 years,with 5~6 years being the dominant age group,accounting for about 42.27%of the total samples.The relationship between body length and body weight was described by the equation W=0.0126L2.9606(R2=0.961 9,n=362),indicating isometric growth characteristics.There was no significant difference in age,body length,or body weight between the female and male groups(P>0.05).The von Bertalanffy growth equation was used to fit the growth equation of body length and body weight as follows:Lt=10.415[1-e-0.155(t+1.750)],Wt=12.981[1-e-0.155(t+1.750)]2.9606.The inflection point occurred at 5.248 years of age,with a corresponding body length Li=6.895 cm and body weight Wi=3.827 g.The apparent growth index φ was 1.295.These findings indicate that the growth of T.yaopeizhii is slow and characterized by a long cycle.These results provide a founda-tional basis for the artificial breeding,stock enhancement,and resource conservation of T.yaopeizhii in the Jinsha River basin.
