基于火焰中心自动调整的燃烧控制策略开发及应用OA
Development and Application of a Combustion Control Strategy with Automatic Adjustment of Flame Center
火焰中心位置是影响锅炉燃烧效率、蒸汽温度及蒸压力控制的关键因素,也是燃烧调整的核心内容.分散控制系统(DCS)中常规燃烧控制策略缺乏火焰中心的信息、指标、调整策略,无法掌握火焰中心的变动状况并实现自动调整.分析并验证了利用屏式过热器工质侧温升及其变化速率表征火焰中心位置、变化趋势的方法.运行数据表明,屏式过热器工质侧温升及其变化速率可以作为表征火焰中心位置、变化趋势的指标.将上述指标纳入 DCS,开发了火焰中心自动调控策略,并在某 630 MW 锅炉上成功应用.结果表明:新策略显著改善了蒸汽动态特性,大幅降低了汽温及壁温超温频次,减少了再热汽温减温水量,收窄了过热与再热汽温度波动区间并提升了月均值.该策略对提升机组运行的经济性与安全性具有重要意义.
The flame center position is a critical factor influencing boiler combustion efficiency,steam temperature,and steam pressure control,and it is also a core element of combustion adjustment.Conventional combustion control strategies in Distributed Control Systems(DCS)lack information,indicators,and adjustment strategies related to the flame center,making it impossible to monitor changes in the flame center position and achieve automatic adjustments.A method is analyzed and verified that uses the working fluid temperature rise in the platen superheater and its rate of change to characterize the flame center position and its variation trend.Operational data indicate that the temperature rise in the working fluid of the platen superheater and its rate of change can serve as effective indicators for representing the flame center position and its variation trend.By integrating these indicators into the DCS,an automatic control strategy for the flame center was developed and successfully applied to a 630 MW boiler.The results demonstrate that the new strategy significantly improves steam dynamic characteristics,substantially reduces the frequency of overtemperature occurrences in steam and wall temperatures,decreases the amount of desuperheating water flow for reheat steam,narrows the fluctuation range of superheated and reheated steam temperatures,and increases their monthly average values.This strategy is of great significance for enhancing the economic efficiency and safety of unit operation.
