试验设计法在DNF板型数值优化中的应用探讨OA
Discussion on the Application of DOE in Numerical Simulation Optimization of DNF Plate Type
为了研究空气预热器/烟气换热器DNF板型的性能改进,利用试验设计法(DOE)进行结构参数优化.采用三维软件建立DNF板型的三维参数化模型,通过计算流体力学(CFD)软件分析其传热系数和阻力系数.采用DOE对DNF板型的结构参数进行数值计算优化,优化后传热系数提升 6.7%,阻力系数提升8.0%.数值分析验证表明:DNF优化型性能与DOE预测结果一致,应用于工程可获得良好的经济效益.研究为工程设计人员演示了一种精益设计的优化方法.
To investigate the performance improvement of the DNF plate type in air preheat-ers/flue gas heat exchangers,Design of Experiments(DOE)was employed to optimize the structural parameters.A three-dimensional parametric model of the DNF plate type was established using 3 D software,and its heat transfer coefficient and resistance coefficient were analyzed using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software.Numerical optimization of the structural parameters of the DNF plate type was conducted using DOE,resulting in a 6.7%increase in the heat transfer coefficient and an 8.0%increase in the resistance coeffi-cient.Numerical analysis verification indicates that the performance of the optimized DNF plate type aligns with the DOE predictions,and its application in engineering projects is expected to yield significant economic benefits.This study demonstrates a lean design optimi-zation method for engineering designers.
