回转式空气预热器在线动态密封自调整跟踪技术研究与应用OA

To avoid the problems existing in the traditional technologies for reducing the air leakage at the hot end of the rotary air preheater,a new hot end air leakage control technolo-gy-the online dynamic sealing self-adjusting tracking technology for the rotary air preheater was studied.The working principle,main structure of this sealing technology and the calcu-lation method of the compensation were introduced.This technology has been applied to rota-ry air preheaters of multiple units,including those at Ningxia Shizuishan Power Plants,and has the advantages of good air leakage control effect and long-lasting performance.
