基于 600 MW等级燃用高水分褐煤的机组,进行大功率等离子体点火工业试验,研究了磨煤机初始投入燃料量、一次风温、风速、发生器功率等对点火、燃烧及锅炉启动的影响.试验结果表明:全水分 38.6%的褐煤等离子体点火,实现了锅炉无燃油启动.600 MW等级高水分褐煤机组锅炉冷态采用等离子体点火,初始投入燃料量建议为 24~25 t/h.一次风速对点火的稳定性有较大影响,较低的风速更有利于燃烧稳定;同时,选择较高的热风温度、较大的发生器功率更有利于等离子体点火;2 层等离子体燃烧器投运时锅炉 NOx 排放略微降低.研究为高水分褐煤机组建设无燃油电站积累了数据与经验,亦为此类型机组参与灵活性改造、深度调峰提供有力的支撑.

In light of 600 MW-class units fueled by high-moisture lignite,an industrial test on high-power plasma ignition was conducted.The influences of several factors on ignition,combustion,and boiler startup,including the initial fuel feed rate of the coal mill,primary air temperature,air velocity,and generator power,etc,were investigated.The test results indicate that for lignite with a total moisture content of 38.6%,plasma ignition enables a fuel-oil-free boiler startup.When applying plasma ignition to the cold start of a 600 MW-class boiler burning high-moisture lignite,the recommended initial fuel input is 24-25 t/h.The primary air velocity exerts a substantial effect on ignition stability,with a lower velocity being more favorable for stable combustion.Meanwhile,a higher hot air temperature and greater generator power are preferable for plasma ignition.When two layers of plasma burners are in operation,the NOx emissions are slightly reduced.This research accumulates valuable data and experience for constructing fuel-oil-free power stations for high-moisture lignite fired units,and also offers robust support for the flexibility retrofit and deep peak shaving participation of such units.
