北京中小型河道防洪形势与对策思考OA

With rapid urban development and the combined effects of various factors,urban river flood control faces new challenges.To further explore the flood control situation and countermeasures for small and medium-sized urban rivers,the current status of flood control work for Xituchenggou in the North Canal system of the Haihe River Basin was systematically reviewed.Addressing its characteristics of being an artificial channel,small flood discharge capacity,and weak links in the flood control system,corresponding countermeasures were proposed.These include restoring river functions,improving the comprehensive quality of management personnel,perfecting supporting equipment and facilities alongside intelligent management systems,implementing pre-discharge flood measures,and carrying out post-rain decontamination to maintain appropriate water levels.These measures aim to balance flood control safety with the water ecological landscape and meet the needs of the capital's water culture construction.The proposed countermeasures provide references for future flood control work in small and medium-sized urban rivers.
