基于"生态—风险"双重视角下的广西边境城市生态综合网络构建及优化研究OA
Construction and Optimization of an Integrated Ecological Net-work of Border Cities in Guangxi from the Dual Perspective of"Ecology—Risk"
边境城市生态综合网络优化作为推进边境城市可持续发展的关键途径,对保障区域生态系统稳定和维护国际生态安全具有重要的现实意义.本研究从生态系统保护和生态风险防治两方面出发,选取广西边境城市作为研究对象,识别生态源地和风险源地,构建"生态—风险"双重网络结构,进一步筛选生态保护修复关键区,提出生态综合网络构建路径和优化策略.研究结果表明:①共计识别生态源地18处,其中现有生态源地15处,优化新增3处;识别风险源地6处.两类源地分别占研究区总面积的39.20%和2.12%.②基于广西边境城市各生态要素空间分布特征,构建生态综合网络.通过生态综合网络模拟共计构建生态廊道117条,其中现有生态廊道69条,优化新增48条;识别风险廊道14条;筛选一级生态廊道12条,一级风险廊道4条;提取保护节点22个、修复节点9个、生态保护与修复节点17个.③依据生态综合网络结构,提出生态关键节点识别保护与修复,生态源地补充与优化,生态断裂点识别与修复等生态网络保护修复优化策略,构建"两轴—两屏障—四区"的生态保护和修复格局,从而提升边境城市的综合效益.本研究为边境城市生态网络优化和国际生态安全网络优化提供了科学依据和实践经验.
Optimizing the integrated ecological network of border cities serves as a critical pathway for advan-cing sustainable development in these regions,holding significant practical importance for safeguarding re-gional ecosystem stability and maintaining international ecological security.Focusing on border cities in Guangxi,this study identified ecological source areas and risk areas from the dual perspectives of ecosystem conservation and ecological risk prevention.It constructed a dual"ecology—risk"network structure to fur-ther screen key areas for ecological protection and restoration,proposing pathways and optimization strategies for building an integrated ecological network.The findings are summarized as follows:①A total of 18 ecolog-ical source areas were identified,including 15 existing areas and 3 newly optimized areas.In addition,6 risk source areas were also identified.These two categories covered 39.20%and 2.12%of total land area of the study area,respectively.②An integrated ecological network was constructed based on the spatial distribution characteristics of ecological elements in the border cities of Guangxi.The ecological network simulation iden-tified 117 ecological corridors:69 existing corridors and 48 optimized new corridors.In addition,14 risk corri-dors were identified.In total,12 Level-1 ecological corridors and 4 Level-1 risk corridors were selected.Addi-tionally,22 protection nodes,9 restoration nodes,and 17 ecological protection and restoration nodes were ex-tracted.③On the basis of the integrated ecological network structure,this study proposes optimization strate-gies for ecological network protection and restoration,including identifying,protecting and restoring key eco-logical nodes,supplementing and optimizing ecological source areas,identifying and restoring ecological frag-mentation points.It constructs an ecological protection and restoration pattern of"two axes—two defenses—four zones"to enhance the comprehensive benefits of border cities.This study provides a scientific basis and practical experience for optimizing ecological networks in border cities and international ecological security networks.
