Retrospective Evaluation of Environmental Impact of the Regulation of the Mainstream of the Zhanghe River

漳河为海河水系漳卫南运河的重要支流,发源于山西高原,流经山西、河南、河北3省,并于徐万仓与卫河汇流后入卫运河.以漳河干流河段为研究对象,系统梳理其历次治理情况,并对河道过流状况、生态水量泄放满足程度、水环境质量以及陆生与水生生态环境状况开展回顾性评价.结果表明,受岳城水库拦蓄影响,漳河干流河道长期存在经常性断流现象,生态水量泄放满足程度偏低,水生生物资源较为匮乏;叠加历史时期非法采砂等人为扰动,河道生态环境整体较差.最后,针对漳河干流当前面临的主要生态环境问题,提出了后续保护与治理的对策建议,以期为流域生态修复与管理提供参考.

The Zhanghe River,an important river in the Zhangwei South Canal system of the Haihe River Basin,originates from the Shanxi Plateau and flows through Shanxi,Henan,and Hebei provinces,converging with the Wei River at Xuwancang to form the Wei Canal.This article takes the mainstream of the Zhanghe River as the research object,reviews the previous management of the mainstream of the Zhanghe River,and conducts a retrospective evaluation of the river flow,ecological water discharge satisfaction,water environment quality,terrestrial ecological environment,and aquatic ecological environment of the mainstream of the Zhanghe River.The results show that due to the interception and storage of Yuecheng Reservoir,the mainstream of Zhanghe River often experiences flow interruption,the ecological water discharge of the river is not satisfactory,the aquatic organisms are scarce,and coupled with illegal sand mining in history,the ecological environment of the river is poor.Based on the main ecological and environmental issues existing in the mainstream of the Zhanghe River,suggestions for subsequent protection and management have been put forward.
