氨煤混燃作为一项适用于燃煤电厂且可有效降低CO2 排放的新兴技术而受到广泛关注.近年来的大量研究工作主要聚焦于氨煤混燃性能、污染物排放和机组效率影响方面,对氨煤混燃的产业布局和经济性研究不足.根据文献调研,我国电解水制氢合成绿氨的工艺大多分布在内蒙古等西北一带,考虑到氨的运输成本,氨煤混燃在西北地区具有较大的推广优势.进一步地,以 330 MW电站煤粉锅炉为例评估了煤氨混燃的经济可行性.结果表明:掺氨机组的运行成本受氨成本、碳价和掺氨比影响较大,当绿氨价格下降到 1 600元/t、碳价上升至 551.34 元/t时,掺氨 15%机组的经济性与纯煤机组持平.掺氨比增加会等比提升氨煤混燃机组运行总成本并影响其他因素的敏感性系数,使高掺氨比工况成本更容易与纯煤机组持平.研究结果可为氨煤掺混技术推广提供有益参考.

Ammonia-coal co-firing,as an emerging technology applicable to coal-fired power plants for effectively reducing CO2 emissions,has received widespread attention.Recent extensive researches have primarily focused on the performance of ammonia-coal co-firing,pollutant emissions,and its impact on unit efficiency,while studies on the industrial layout and economic feasibility of ammonia-coal co-firing remain insufficient.According to literature reviews,most green ammonia synthesis processes via water electrolysis for hydrogen production in China are distributed in the northwest regions such as Inner Mongolia.Considering ammonia transportation costs,ammonia-coal co-firing holds significant promotion advantages in northwest China.Furthermore,taking a 330 MW pulverized coal boiler in a power station as an example,the economic feasibility of coal-ammonia co-firing was evaluated.Results indicate that the operating costs of ammonia-coal co-firing units are significantly influenced by ammonia costs,carbon prices,and co-firing ratios.When the price of green ammonia drops to 1 600 CNY/t and the carbon price rises to 551.34 CNY/t,the economics of a unit with 15%ammonia co-firing become comparable to that of a coal-fired unit.Increasing the co-firing ratio proportionally raises the total operating cost of ammonia-coal co-firing units and affects the sensitivity coefficients of other factors,making high co-firing ratio scenarios more likely to achieve cost parity with coal-fired units.These findings could provide valuable insights for promoting ammonia-coal co-firing technologies.
