辽宁省工业用水定额制订方法研究OA

Liaoning Province has formulated and issued local standards for water use quotas,and has achieved great results in water saving work.However,the method for formulating industrial water quotas is still relatively simple.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of water quotas in Liaoning Province,this paper collected and organized local standards for industrial water quotas in 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government),and established a database of industrial water quota standards;Preliminary calculations were conducted on reasonable data within the sample using the reference revision method,bubble sorting method,and secondary average method.Comprehensive analysis was conducted according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert opinions.The industrial water quotas based on the characteristics of Liaoning Province's industrial water usage level and other factors were formulated.
