为解决珊瑚礁型海洋牧场建设成效缺乏系统评估方法的问题,本研究以分界洲岛珊瑚礁型海洋牧场建设为例,采用造礁石珊瑚苗圃无性培育、底播移植等技术开展珊瑚礁修复,并系统整合本底调查与跟踪监测数据,构建了一套以珊瑚礁生态修复为核心的海洋牧场建设效果评估体系.建设完成1年期评估结果显示,移植造礁石珊瑚存活率90.3%,人工礁保存率100.0%,移植造礁石珊瑚覆盖率15.0%,修复面积完成比例100.0%,造礁石珊瑚补充量增加6.0 ind./m2,移植造礁石珊瑚平均生长率0.089 m/a,鱼类密度增加90.0 ind./100 m2,大型底栖动物密度(不包括珊瑚敌害生物)增加2.0 ind./m2,8个指标共计得分97.0分,评估等级为优.综上所述,分界洲岛珊瑚礁型海洋牧场建设效果很好,各项指标表现优异,可为珊瑚礁生态修复与海洋牧场建设提供成功范例和科学依据,对推动海洋强国战略和生态文明建设具有重要意义.

To address the absence of a systematic assessment method for the reef-based marine ranches,this study uses the reef-based marine ranching project on Fenjiezhou Island as a case study.Coral reef restoration was performed through cultivation technology in reef coral nurseries and bottom-sowing transplantation.An evaluation system was developed based on baseline survey and follow-up monitoring data to assess the effec-tiveness of this marine ranching model centered on coral reef restoration.The one-year evaluation results post-construction revealed that the survival rate of transplanted reef corals was 90.3%,while the coverage rate was 15.0%.The average growth rate of transplanted reef corals was 0.089 m/a,and the replenishment of reef corals increased by 6.0 ind./m2.The completion ratio of the restoration area reached 100.0%.Addi-tionally,fish density increased by 90.0 ind./100.0 m2,and the preservation rate of artificial reefs was 100.0%.The density of macrobenthos(excluding coral pest organisms)increased by 2.0 ind./m2.The total score of the eight indicators was 97 points,categorizing the evaluation level as excellent.Overall,the reef-based marine ranch construction on Fenjiezhou Island is highly effective,with various indicators demonstra-ting strong performance.This provides a successful example and a scientific foundation for coral reef restora-tion and marine ranch construction,which is crucial for building China into a strong maritime country and promoting ecological progress.
