山东省大汶河水资源调度工作实践与思考OA

Water resource regulation is an important measure to ensure the ecological flow of rivers.Based on the implementation of the Dawenhe River water resource regulation in recent years,the imcompletion of the rigid constraint index system for water resources,the difficulty of controlling key water intake points,the low frequency of flow monitoring during warning periods,the insufficient backup ecological water sources for emergency regulation,and the large conflict between ecological and agricultural water use have been summarized.Suggestions such as to strictly manage the allocation of river water volume,improve the informatization level of water resource regulation,increase monitoring frequency during warning periods,reasonably allocate emergency regulation ecological water sources,and adjust the ecological flow guarantee goals of the Daicun Dam Hydrological Station have been put forward.These suggestions can provide reference for water resource regulation and management in other river basins.
