海南文昌沿岸海草床大型底栖动物群落结构特征及生态质量分析OA
Macrobenthos Community Structure Characteristics and Ecologi-cal Quality in the Coastal Seagrass Bed of Wenchang,Hainan
为揭示海南文昌沿岸海草床大型底栖动物群落结构特征及其生态质量状况和受扰动程度,本研究基于2018、2020、2022年文昌6个海草床站位(W1—W6)的调查数据,采用聚类分析、丰度/生物量比较(Abun-dance/Biomass Comparison,ABC)曲线、冗余分析(Redundancy Analysis,RDA)及 Mantel检验等方法,系统分析群落组成、多样性及驱动因素.结果显示:调查区共鉴定出大型底栖动物5类40科64属83种,以软体类和甲壳类为主,物种总数、密度逐年递增,生物量整体下降,群落整体处于轻度污染状态,但 W5、W6站位污染加重.聚类分析将群落分为5组,且2022年大型底栖动物群落与前两年差异显著,群落扰动程度逐年加重(2022年 W4、W5站位为严重扰动),主要受渔业捕捞等人为活动影响,同时海草资源与大型底栖动物群落的相关性由显著正相关转为极显著负相关.本研究表明文昌海草床大型底栖动物群落通过种类组成更替等策略适应环境变化,但人为扰动已威胁群落稳定性,其揭示的群落动态及驱动机制可为海草床生态修复和资源管理提供科学依据.
To reveal the macrobenthos community structure characteristics,the ecological quality,and the de-gree of disturbance in the seagrass bed of Wenchang,this study systematically analyzed the community com-position,diversity,and driving factors based on survey data from 6 seagrass bed stations(W1—W6)in Wen-chang in 2018,2020,and 2022,using methods such as cluster analysis,Abundance/Biomass Comparison(ABC)curves,Redundancy Analysis(RDA),and Mantel test.The results showed that a total of 83 species of macrobenthos belonging to 64 genera,40 families of 5 categories were identified in the survey area,mainly in-cluding mollusks and crustaceans.The total number of species and density increased year by year,while the biomass showed an overall decreasing trend.The community was in a state of light pollution overall,while the pollution at the W5 and W6 stations intensified.Cluster analysis divided the community into 5 groups,and the community in 2022 was significantly different from that in the previous two years.The degree of commu-nity disturbance increased year by year(W4 and W5 stations experienced severe disturbance in 2022),mainly driven by human activities such as fishing.Meanwhile,the correlation between seagrass resources and the macrobenthos community changed from a significant positive correlation to a highly significant negative cor-relation.This study indicates that the macrobenthos community in the seagrass bed of Wenchang has adapted to environmental changes through strategies such as species composition replacement,while human disturb-ances have threatened the stability of the community.The revealed community dynamics and driving mecha-nisms can provide a scientific basis for the ecological restoration of seagrass beds and resource management.
