Study on Dietary Regimen for Health Preservation in Huangdi Neijing
在梳理相关文本的基础上,从饮食总原则、饮食理论及饮食与健康三方面对《黄帝内经》饮食养生思想进行分析,以补充完善相关研究.认为《黄帝内经》建立了以"食饮有节"为纲、以五味与三因制宜为核心、以调和身心为目的的饮食养生体系,体现天人相应、中和调衡的特征,对后世饮食养生理论与实践具有重要而持久的影响.
Drawing upon a collation of relevant texts,this study conducts a textual analysis of the dietary regimen for health preservation in Huangdi Neijing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon).It investigates its nutritional guidelines,underlying dietary theory,and its conceptualization of diet and health,seeking to augment and refine the extant research corpus.The book establishes a dietary regimen for health preservation that takes"principles of temperance in food and drink"as its foundation,centers on the theories of the five flavors,and the three adaptations(to time,place,and individual),and aims at achieving holistic health through bodily and mental harmony,characterized by the principles of nature-human correspondence and central-harmony regulation,it has exerted a profound and enduring influence on subsequent theories and practices of dietary health preservation.
