油冷内置式永磁同步电机等效热网络建模与温度场分析OA
Equivalent Thermal Network Modeling and Temperature Field Analysis of Oil-cooled IPMSM
针对油冷内置式永磁同步电机在高速工况下的温度场精确预测与退磁风险评估问题,提出一种集总参数热网络耦合建模方法.将永磁体划分为6个表面节点与1个中心节点,构建三维热阻网络;结合喷淋油冷油路分布、不同冷却区域的几何特征和对流换热特性,构建热阻网络,通过各节点耦合形成整体集总参数热网络模型并通过样机试验验证了该模型的准确性;基于此模型分析典型工况下电机温度分布及不同转速下的热响应行为,揭示永磁体不均匀温度与局部退磁风险的内在联系.
To achieve accurate prediction of the temperature field and demagnetization risk assessment of oil-cooled interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)under high-speed working condi-tions,a lumped parameter thermal network(LPTN)coupling modeling method was proposed.The per-manent magnet was divided into six surface nodes and one central node to construct a three-dimension-al thermal resistance network;combined with the distribution of the spray-oil cooling circuit,a thermal resistance network was constructed based on the geometric characteristics and convective heat transfer characteristics of different cooling regions,and the overall LPTN model was formed through the cou-pling of each node.And the accuracy of the model was verified through prototype experiments.Based on this model,the motor temperature distribution and thermal response behavior at different speeds under typical operating conditions were analyzed,revealing the intrinsic relationship between the non-uni-form temperature of the permanent magnet and the risk of local demagnetization.
