Research on Seed Production Mechanization Technology in Hybrid Rice
为探究全程机械化下,母本机插叶龄、栽插行比、母本播种量对杂交水稻制种产量的影响.于梓潼县进行大田研究试验,设置3个母本叶龄(3叶、4叶、5叶)、2种行距机型(25、30 cm)、3种栽插行比(2∶12、2∶18、4∶18)、4个母本播种量(70、80、90、100 g/盘),分析各因子对杂交水稻制种产量的影响.结果表明,随母本移栽叶龄的增加,杂交水稻制种产量呈下降趋势,与5叶移栽相比,母本3叶、4叶移栽产量分别增加2.1%、1.1%,差异不显著.插秧机型和母本栽插行比对机械化制种产量影响显著.与行距30 cm机型相比,行距25 cm机型产量增加28.3%,其增产优势主要表现在有效穗数与结实率上.与栽插母本行比2∶12和2∶18相比,4∶18行比产量分别增加9.5%、20.5%,较高的有效穗数、结实率、千粒重是其增产重要原因.母本播种量对杂交水稻制种产量有显著影响.随母本播种量增加,杂交水稻制种产量呈逐渐增加的趋势.与播种量70、80 g/盘相比,播种量90 g/盘制种产量分别增加20.0%、13.6%,播种量100 g/盘产量分别增加21.8%、15.3%,但播种量100 g/盘制种产量较90 g/盘仅增产1.5%,差异不显著.综上所述,在杂交水稻种子全程机械化生产下,母本适宜移栽秧龄为3~4叶、栽插行比为4∶18、母本播种量为90 g/盘,该组合可兼顾产量与生产效率,为机械化制种技术优化提供参考.
To investigate the effects of female parent leaf age at mechanical transplanting,transplanting row ratio,and female parent sowing rate on hybrid rice seed production yield under complete mechanization.A field experiment was conducted in Zitong County,with three female parent leaf ages(3-leaf,4-leaf,5-leaf),two transplanter models with different row spacings(25 cm,30 cm),three transplanting row ratios(2∶12,2∶18,4∶18),and four female parent sowing rates(70,80,90,100 g/tray),The effects of these factors on hybrid rice seed production yield were analyzed.The results showed that hybrid rice seed production yield tended to decrease with increasing female parent leaf age at transplanting.Compared with transplanting at the 5-leaf stage,yields for transplanting at the 3-leaf and 4-leaf stages increased by 2.1%and 1.1%,respectively,though the differences were not significant.The transplanter model and female parent transplanting row ratio had significant effects on mechanized seed production yield.Compared with the 30 cm row spacing transplanter,the 25 cm row spacing model in-creased yield by 28.3%,with the yield advantage primarily attributed to higher effective panicle number and seed setting rate.Compared with the 2∶12 and 2∶18 female parent row ratios,the 4∶18 ratio increased yield by 9.5%and 20.5%,respec-tively,with higher effective panicle number,seed setting rate,and 1000-grain weight being key contributors to the yield in-crease.The female parent sowing rate also significantly affected hybrid rice seed production yield.Seed production yield gradually increased with higher sowing rates.Compared with sowing rates of 70 g/tray and 80 g/tray,the rate of 90 g/tray in-creased yield by 20.0%and 13.6%,respectively,while the rate of 100 g/tray increased yield by 21.8%and 15.3%,respec-tively.However,the yield increase of 100 g/tray compared to 90 g/tray was only 1.5%,which was not significant.In conclu-sion,under fully mechanized hybrid rice seed production,a combination of female parent transplanting at the 3-4 leaf stage,a transplanting row ratio of 4:18,and a sowing rate of 90 g/tray was recommended.This combination balances yield and pro-duction efficiency,providing a reference for optimizing mechanized seed production techniques.
