基于电荷守恒法的永磁同步电机母线电流估算算法设计OA
Design of Busbar Current Estimation Algorithm for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Charge Conservation Method
针对当前母线电流估算算法存在模型复杂、运算量大、参数依赖性强等问题,提出基于电荷守恒法的母线电流估算方法.该方法通过分析磁场定向控制过程中开关管导通时的电荷守恒关系,利用三相电流、PWM占空比等可测量参数估算母线电流,并设计分段死区补偿策略补偿零点区域和非零点区域.测试结果表明:该算法使相电流失真程度由5.08%降到2.03%,母线电流估算误差小于5%,提高了算法的准确性和鲁棒性.
Addressing the model complexity,high computational load,and strong parameter dependen-cy of existing busbar current estimation algorithms,a novel estimation method based on charge conser-vation principles was proposed.The charge conservation relationships during switching tube conduction in field-oriented control(FOC)were analyzed,and measurable parameters such as three-phase cur-rents and pulse-width modulation(PWM)duty cycle were utilized for busbar current estimation.Addi-tionally,a segmented dead-time compensation strategy was designed to compensate for zero-crossing and non-zero-crossing regions.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm reduces phase current distortion from 5.08%to 2.03%,keeps the busbar current estimation errors below 5%,and significantly enhances the algorithm's accuracy and robustness.
