为探究赤霉素浓度及浸泡时间对4种豆科种子(扁蓿豆、苦豆子、蒙古黄芪、紫花苜蓿)萌发指标的影响,筛选出4种豆科种子萌发的最适条件.设置0(ck)、100、200、300、400、500、600 mg/L等7种赤霉素浓度与6、12、24、36 h等4个浸泡时间,采用培养皿纸上萌发法,统计种子萌发情况并计算发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数.结果表明,从整体来看,紫花苜蓿情况状态最佳,扁蓿豆萌发情况整体较差;扁蓿豆、蒙古黄芪和紫花苜蓿的萌发指标随赤霉素浓度升高及浸泡时间延长大致呈现先增后减再增的趋势,苦豆子的萌发指标随赤霉素浓度升高及浸泡时间的延长呈现持续下降趋势.在一定的赤霉素浓度及浸泡时间处理下,4种豆科种子的萌发指标均有提高,其中扁蓿豆在赤霉素浓度400 mg/L、浸泡时间12 h时萌发指标最佳;苦豆子在赤霉素浓度100 mg/L、浸泡时间6 h时萌发指标最佳;蒙古黄芪在赤霉素浓度200 mg/L、浸泡时间36 h时萌发指标最佳;紫花苜蓿在赤霉素浓度400 mg/L、浸泡时间24 h时萌发指标最佳.

To investigate the effects of gibberellin concentration and soaking time on the germination indices of four Legumi-nous species(Medicago ruthenica,Sophora alopecuroides,Astragalus mongholicus,and Medicago sativa),and to screen the optimal conditions for their seed germination.Seven gibberellin concentrations(0,100,200,300,400,500 mg/Land 600 mg/L)and four soaking durations(6,12,24 h and 36 h)were set,The petri dish paper germination method was employed to re-cord seed germination and calculate the germination percentage,germination energy,and germination index.The results showed that Medicago sativa exhibited the best germination performance,while Medicago ruthenica showed the poorest.For Medicago ruthenica,Astragalus mongholicus,and Medicago sativa,the germination indices generally followed a trend of ini-tial increase,subsequent decrease,and then another increase with increasing gibberellin concentration and soaking time.In contrast,the germination indices of Sophora alopecuroides showed a continuous decreasing trend under the same conditions.Under specific gibberellin concentration and soaking time treatments,the germination indices of all four leguminous species were improved.The optimal germination conditions were Medicago ruthenica with 400 mg/L gibberellin and 12 h soaking,So-phora alopecuroides with 100 mg/L gibberellin and 6 h soaking,Astragalus mongholicus with 200 mg/L gibberellin and 36 h soaking,and Medicago sativa with 400 mg/L gibberellin and 24 h soaking.
