基于小波分析的PMSM匝间短路故障诊断方法OA
Fault Diagnosis Method for Inter-turn Short Circuit in PMSM Based on Wavelet Analysis
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)匝间短路故障的早期精确检测,提出了一种基于离散小波变换的电压二次谐波分量检测方法.为了简化三相坐标系下永磁同步电机的故障模型,分析匝间故障短路电流和电压特征,推导并建立其电压二次谐波分量的匝间故障数学模型,并采用离散小波变换对特征信号进行分析,以电压二次谐波,作为故障监测依据,并辅助电流幅值对故障相进行定位.在Simulink平台搭建PMSM匝间短路模型,并设置不同的故障程度,验证方法的有效性.结果表明,电压二次谐波的信噪比远高于电流谐波,所提方法可快速检测匝间故障并准确定位故障相.
To achieve early and accurate detection of inter-turn short circuit faults in permanent mag-net synchronous motor(PMSM),a voltage second harmonic component detection method based on dis-crete wavelet transform was proposed.In order to simplify the fault model of the PMSM in the three-phase coordinate system,the short-circuit current and voltage characteristics of the inter-turn fault were analyzed,and the inter-turn fault's mathematical model of the voltage second harmonic compo-nent was derived and established;the discrete wavelet transform was used to analyze the characteristic signals.The voltage second harmonic component was used as the basis for fault monitoring,and the fault phase could be located by assisting with the amplitude of the current.The inter-turn short circuit model of PMSM was established on the Simulink platform,and different fault severities were set to veri-fy the effectiveness of the method.The simulation results show that the signal-to-noise ratio of the volt-age second harmonic is much higher than that of the current harmonic,and the proposed method can quickly detect inter-turn faults and accurately locate the fault phase.
