基于多策略融合的改进A*路径规划算法OA
Improved A* Path Planning Algorithm Based on Multi-strategy Fusion
针对传统A*算法在复杂环境中搜索效率低、路径冗余与曲折性高等问题,提出一种多策略融合的改进A*算法.设计了一种自适应邻域搜索机制,依据局部障碍物密度动态选择邻域结构并调整启发函数权重;引入融合了理想路径面积约束的启发函数,通过引入路径偏离区域的三角形面积计算;对规划路径提取关键拐点,并基于相邻路径向量进行切圆平滑处理,生成连续圆弧路径.实验结果表明,相较于传统A*、RRT及PSO等算法,改进算法在路径搜索效率、长度和平滑度等多项指标上均表现出竞争力.
Aiming at the problems of the traditional A* algorithm,such as low search efficiency,high path redundancy,and strong tortuosity in complex environments,an improved A* algorithm based on multi-strategy fusion was proposed.An adaptive neighborhood search mechanism was designed,which dynamically selected the neighborhood structure and adjusted the heuristic function weight according to the local obstacle density.A heuristic function incorporating the ideal path area constraint was intro-duced,and the triangular area of the path deviation area was calculated.The key inflection points were extracted from the planned path,and tangential smoothing was performed based on the adjacent path vectors to generate a continuous arc path.The experimental results show that compared with the tradi-tional A*,RRT,and PSO algorithms,the improved algorithm is competitive in many indexes such as path search efficiency,length,and smoothness.
