储能变流器电能质量治理策略研究OA

A Study of Power Quality Regulation Strategies of Energy Storage Converters

低压配电网在高比例光伏接入后易出现电压过限、谐波增大等问题.储能变流器具备"四象限"输出特性,可实现对电网电压与谐波问题的协同治理.现有方法设置固定容量分别用于电压与谐波治理,可在一定程度上治理电能质量问题,但其灵活性不足.为解决上述问题,本文提出一种储能变流器电能质量治理策略,首先估计并网点线路阻抗,然后根据阻抗信息与电压信息执行对应的优化算法,最后合理分配储能变流器有功/无功功率用于电压治理,并将剩余容量用于谐波治理.该方案提升了电能质量治理的灵活性,并通过实验验证了其可行性.

High penetration of photovoltaic generation in low-voltage distribution networks often leads to voltage limit violations and increased harmonic distortion.Owing to its four-quadrant output capability,an energy storage converter can be utilized for coordinated mitigation of voltage and harmonic issues.Existing approaches typically allocate fixed converter capacity for voltage regulation and harmonic compensation,which can improve power quality to a certain extent but suffer from limited flexibility.In this study,a power quality management strategy is proposed for energy storage converter.The line impedance at the point of common coupling is first estimated,and corresponding optimization algorithms are then executed based on the impedance and voltage information.Active and reactive power of the energy storage converter are optimally allocated for voltage regulation,while the remaining capacity is utilized for harmonic mitigation.The proposed strategy enhances the flexibility of power quality management,and its feasibility is verified through experimental results.
