苦豆子幼苗的功能性状对三种铜盐胁迫的响应OA

研究3种铜盐[CuSO4、Cu(CH3COO)2和Cu(NO3)2]在不同浓度梯度下(50、100、200、400、500 mg·L-1)对苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)幼苗各功能性状的影响,旨在为筛选本土资源植物用于铜污染区域土壤生态修复提供科学依据.结果表明:不同铜盐及其浓度对苦豆子幼苗生长和生理指标的影响存在显著差异.苦豆子生长构件随胁迫强度的增加呈现先升后降的趋势,即低浓度铜胁迫下表现出一定的促进作用,而高浓度则抑制生长.其中,CuSO4对苦豆子生长的抑制强度最高.在三种铜盐胁迫下,苦豆子幼苗的叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量随胁迫浓度增加也呈现先升后降的趋势;Cu(CH3COO)2处理下SOD活性显著高于其他两种铜盐.Pearson相关性分析显示,在不同铜盐处理下,苦豆子幼苗的生长和生理指标之间存在显著的调控机制.Cu(NO3)2的SOD含量与可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖呈显著正相关.模糊数学综合评价结果表明,CuSO4(100 mg·L-1)处理组表现出较高的耐受性,能有效维持植物的生长和生理功能;而CuSO4(500 mg·L-1)处理组则表现出较低的耐受性.苦豆子作为一种本土植物,具有较强的适应性和耐受性,在铜污染区域(如荒地、矿区)可作为先锋植物或耐受植物发挥重要作用.

This study investigated the effects of three copper salts[CuSO4,Cu(CH3COO)2,and Cu(NO3)2]at dif-ferent concentration gradients(50,100,200,400,and 500 mg·L-1)on various functional traits of Sophora alope-curoides seedlings,aiming to provide a scientific basis for screening native plant resources for soil ecological res-toration in copper-contaminated areas.The results showed significant differences in the effects of different copper salts and their concentrations on the growth and physiological indicators of S.alopecuroides seedlings.Growth parameters of S.alopecuroides initially increased and subsequently decreased with the increase in stress intensi-ty—that is,low-concentration copper stress showed a growth-promoting effect,whereas high-concentration cop-per stress inhibited growth.Among the three salts,CuSO4 exhibited the highest inhibitory effect on the growth of S.alopecuroides.Under stress due to the three copper salts,the chlorophyll,soluble sugar,and soluble protein content in S.alopecuroides seedlings also initially increased and subsequently decreased with increasing salt con-centration.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity under Cu(CH3COO)2 treatment was significantly higher than un-der treatment with the other two copper salts.Pearson correlation analysis revealed a significant correlation among the growth and physiological indicators of S.alopecuroides seedlings under different copper salt treat-ments.The SOD content of Cu(NO3)2 was significantly positively correlated with soluble protein and soluble sugar.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation showed that plants in the CuSO4(100 mg·L-1)treatment group showed high tolerance and could effectively maintain growth and physiological functions,whereas those in the CuSO4(500 mg·L-1)treatment group showed low tolerance.As a native plant,S.alopecuroides has high adaptability and tolerance and can play an important role as a pioneer or tolerant plant in copper-contaminated areas such as waste-lands and mining areas.
