超临界670MW机组供热优化与再热器改造技术研究OA

为响应国家"双碳"目标与煤电"三改联动"政策要求,针对670 MW超临界机组存在的供热能力不足、运行经济性欠佳及锅炉再热器氧化皮脱落等问题,围绕供热优化与锅炉再热器改造展开系统性分析.供热优化方面,对比分析基于炉侧再热冷再、炉侧再热热再、汽汽换热及高背压小机四种供热方案,最终确定炉侧再热冷再方案为最优实施方案.该方案可实现47.7%-100%额定负荷稳定运行,高压供热50-340 t/h、中压供热0-340 t/h可调,改造后加权平均节煤量达20.28 g/kWh.再热器改造方面,采用"柔性受热面、材质升级、结构优化"技术路线,通过新增低温再热器实现纯凝与供热工况无扰切换,升级末级再热器管材并缩小管径,有效解决氧化皮脱落问题,同时满足340 t/h高压抽汽需求.改造后机组供热能力显著提升,锅炉运行安全性与经济性得到改善,研究成果可为同类煤电机组供热改造与再热器优化提供技术参考.

In response to the national"dual carbon"goals and the policy requirements of"triple-reform linkage"for coal-fired power plants,aimed at the problems existing in the 67MW supercritical unit,such as insufficient heating capacity,poor operational economy and the peeling of oxide scale in the boiler reheater,this paper makes a systematic analysis focusing on heating optimization and boiler reheater retrofitting.In terms of heating optimization,four heating schemes,namely furnace-side cold reheat extraction,furnace-side hot reheat extraction,steam-to-steam heat exchange,and high backpressure small turbine driving,are comparatively analyzed,and the furnace-side cold reheat extraction scheme is finally determined as the optimal implementation scheme.This scheme enables stable operation at 47.7%-100%rated load,with adjustable high-pressure heating output of 50-340 t/h and medium-pressure heating output of 0-340 t/h.After retrofitting,the weighted average coal-saving rate reaches 20.28 g/kWh.As for reheater retrofitting,the technical route of"flexible heating surface,material upgrading and structural optimization"is adopted.The seamless switching between pure condensation and heating conditions is achieved by adding a low-temperature reheater,and the tubes of the final-stage reheater are upgraded with reduced diameters,which effectively solves the problem of the oxide scale shedding and simultaneously meets the requirement of 340 t/h high-pressure extraction steam.The heating capacity of the unit is significantly enhanced after the renovation,and the safety and economy of boiler operation are improved.The research results can provide technical references for heating retrofitting and reheater optimization of similar coal-fired power units.
