快速开关型故障限流器在机组并网场景下的应用研究OA

当电网电源规划过于集中时,新增大型机组并网易导致现有电网短路电流水平的显著提升,可能接近或超过断路器额定开断能力的风险,进而危及系统安全稳定运行.针对孟加拉国某新建大型机组并网工程为例,提出一种基于快速开关型故障限流器(FCL)的技术方案,详细阐述了FCL的参数设计原则,建立了电磁暂态仿真模型,评估了短路电流抑制效果及暂态恢复电压(TRV)特性进行了分析评估,并提出了适用于该场景的暂态恢复电压上升率(RRRV)验证原则.研究结果表明,该方案的电流峰值降至8.062 kA,稳态有效值降至6.820 kA,在有效控制短路电流控制目标的同时,能够保障系统稳定运行,具有显著的技术可行性与经济性,对国内外同类项目的短路电流治理具有参考价值.

When the power supply planning of the power grid is overly centralized,the addition of large-scale units and their connection will lead to a significant increase in the short-circuit current level of the existing power grid,which may approach or exceed the rated breaking capacity of circuit breakers,thereby endangering the safe and stable operation of the system.Taking the grid connection project of a newly-built large-scale unit in Bangladesh as an example,this paper proposes a technical solution based on the fast-switching fault current limiter(FCL),first elaborates in detail the parameter design principles of FCL and establishes an electromagnetic transient simulation model,then evaluates the short-circuit current suppression effect and transient recovery voltage(TRV)characteristics,and finally propose a verification principle for the transient recovery voltage rise rate(RRRV)applicable to this scenario.The research results are shown as follows:The peak current of this scheme is reduced to 8.062 kA,with the steady-state effective value reduced to 6.820 kA.While the short-circuit current is effectively controlled,the scheme can ensure the stable operation of the system,and also has significant technical feasibility and economy.Thus,the proposed solution has reference value for the short-circuit current control of similar projects at home and abroad.
