Application of Aptamer-based Sandwich Immunosensors in Bioanalysis
适配体夹心免疫传感器是一种基于适配体高特异性识别与免疫分析高灵敏度的新型检测技术.由于兼具选择性强与检测限低的优点,该技术已在生物检测中展现出广泛的应用前景.本文综述了适配体夹心免疫传感技术,涵盖了从适配体筛选、夹心结构构建到纳米信号放大传感方式的核心策略,总结了其在检测小分子、蛋白质及病原微生物等生物靶标方面的应用进展,并深入探讨了当前挑战与未来发展方向.
Aptamer-based sandwich immunosensors are an emerging analytical platform that combines the high specificity recognition of aptamers with the high sensitivity of immunoassays.Due to their advantages of excellent selectivity and low detection limits,these biosensors hold great potential for use in bioanalytical applications.This review outlines the key strategies underlying such biosensors,including aptamer selection,sandwich structure con-struction,and nanomaterial-enhanced signal amplification,and surveys recent advances in their bioanalytical appli-cation for the detection of small molecules,proteins,and pathogenic microorganisms.Current challenges and prom-ising future directions for the field are also discussed.
