工匠精神与思想道德与法治课程教学融合研究OA
工匠精神与思想道德与法治课程(以下简称"德法课")的教学融合是一个备受关注的话题.工匠精神是指追求卓越、精益求精、注重细节、持续创新的精神状态,是现代社会对人才素质的重要要求.德法课是一种思想品德教育课程,旨在培养学生的道德素质、思维能力和创新精神.如何将工匠精神与德法课相结合,以提高学生的综合素质和能力,成为当前教育界的一个重要课题.该研究对"工匠精神"在德法课不同模块中教学怎么融合和递进进行探索,总结出工匠精神在德法课中六个教学逻辑分别为工匠精神之灵魂——理想信念,培根铸魂;工匠精神之渊源——千年文明,一脉相承;工匠精神之力量——中国精神,凝心聚力;工匠精神之方向——改革创新,领航未来;工匠精神之价值——核心价值,内化于心;工匠精神之规范——职业道德,外化于行.在此基础上分别对教学内容、教学方法、教学评价、教学实践和教学反思五个方面的教学融合提出自己的思考与认识.
The integration of craftsmanship and the teaching of the Ethics and Rule of Law course(hereinafter referred to as Moral and Legal Studies)is a topic of great concern.Craftsmanship refers to the state of mind of pursuing excellence,striving for perfection,paying attention to details and continuous innovation,which is an important requirement for the quality of talents in modern society.Moral and law class is a kind of ideological and moral education program,which aims to cultivate students'moral quality,thinking ability and innovative spirit.How to combine the spirit of craftsmanship with moral and legal courses to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students has become an important issue in the current education sector.This study explores how to integrate and progress the teaching of"craftsmanship"in different modules of moral and law classes,and concludes that the six teaching logics of craftsmanship in moral and law classes are as follows:the soul of craftsmanship:ideals and beliefs,cultivating the roots and casting the soul;the origin of craftsmanship:a thousand-year civilization,inherited from the same lineage;the power of craftsmanship:the spirit of China,condensing and gathering force;the direction of craftsmanship:the spirit of China,condensing and gathering force;and the direction of craftsmanship:the spirit of China,condensing and gathering force.The direction of craftsmanship:reform and innovation,navigating the future;the value of craftsmanship:core values,internalized in the heart;the norms of craftsmanship:professional ethics,externalized in the form.On this basis,they respectively put forward their own thinking and understanding of teaching integration in five aspects:teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,teaching practice and teaching reflection.
