一种新型五路功率分配/合成网络设计OA

为了克服现有五路功率分配/合成器的不足,提出一种新型高隔离度Ku频段五路功率分配/合成器,该结构包括分支波导三路功率分配器、"Ω"形波导移相器、共面魔T、紧凑型直角弯波导和波导匹配负载,其中创新设计的"Ω"形阶梯波导移相器可在较宽频率范围内对波导相位进行精确调节.使用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS进行结构建模和优化仿真,制作了五路功率分配/合成器样品并进行测试,测试结果与仿真结果基本吻合.将两个五路功率分配/合成器背靠背连接,构建了一款新型Ku频段五路功率分配/合成网络.测试结果表明,在 13.75~14.5 GHz频率范围内,五路功率分配/合成网络的传输损耗小于0.2 dB,回波损耗优于16 dB,合成效率大于97.7%,是一款性能优良的功率分配/合成网络.

In order to overcome the deficiencies of existing five-way power dividers/combiners,a novel Ku-band five-way power divider/combiner with high isolation was proposed.The structure is composed of a branch-line waveguide three-way power divider,an Ω-shaped waveguide phase shifter,a coplanar magic-T,a compact corner waveguide,and a waveguide matched load.An Ω-shaped stepped waveguide phase shifter was proposed to precisely adjust the phase response over a wide frequency range.The structure was modeled and optimized using the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.Two samples of the five-way power divider/combiner were fabricated and measured,and the measured results were in good agreement with the simulation results.Furthermore,a novel Ku-band five-way power dividing/combining network was constructed by connecting two five-way power dividers/combiners back-to-back.The measured results show that the transmission loss of the network is less than 0.2 dB,the return loss is better than 16 dB across the frequency range of 13.75-14.5 GHz,and the power combining efficiency is greater than 97.7%.This network demonstrates high performance and provides a promising solution for Ku-band power combining applications.
