新型可重构通带的微带带通滤波器的设计OA
Design of a novel reconfigurable passband microstrip bandpass filter
为了提升通信系统的频谱利用率,设计了一种通带可重构的新型微带带通滤波器.该滤波器由两个频率可切换谐振器和两个阶跃阻抗谐振器构成.通过PIN二极管的导通与截止状态的切换,可实现两个工作通带的独立开启和关闭.为验证设计的可行性,采用介电常数为 3.5 的F4BM介质基板设计和制作了实物.测试结果表明,当两个PIN管均加正偏压时,通带中心频率为 0.75 GHz;当两个PIN管均不加偏压时,通带中心频率为 1.45 GHz;而当其中一个PIN管加正偏压、另一个不加偏压时,则实现全通带关断.实测结果与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了该设计的有效性.
To improve the spectrum utilization of communication systems,a novel microstrip bandpass filter with reconfigurable operational passbands was designed.The filter was composed of two frequency-switchable resonators and two stepped impedance resonators.A switching strategy based on PIN diodes was adopted,where the two operational passbands were independently turned on or off by switching the PIN diodes between the ON and OFF states.To verify the design feasibility,a filter prototype was designed and fabricated on an F4BM substrate with a dielectric constant of 3.5.Measured results demonstrate that one bandpass filter with a center frequency of 0.75 GHz is obtained when both PIN diodes are forward-biased,and the other with a center frequency of 1.45 GHz is obtained when both diodes are unbiased.Complete passband shutdown is achieved when one PIN diode is forward-biased and the other is unbiased.The measured results agree well with the simulated ones,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed design.
