在"双碳"战略背景下,可再生能源的高比例接入对电力系统的安全稳定运行提出了更高要求,如何在安全运行框架内提升经济性已成为重要问题.为此,文中提出一种改进凸内近似与可行解恢复协同的优化调度方法.首先,提出动态边界机制,改进了凸内近似法并构建了优化模型,在严格保证安全的前提下显著扩展运行可行域,从而为提升经济性奠定安全基础.其次,结合可行解恢复机制,基于灵敏度信息,以梯度引导的方式对初始可行解进行有功/无功功率的协同精细化调整,并经交流潮流全面校验,最终获得安全且经济性更优的调度方案.最后,基于IEEE 33节点、PG&E 69节点及IEEE 118节点等多种配电系统,结合YALMIP-CPLEX平台进行仿真验证,结果表明,所提方法在严格保障系统安全性的同时实现了高效调度.

Under the strategy of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality,the high penetration of renewable energy imposes higher requirements on the secure and stable operation of power systems.How to enhance economic performance under a secure operational framework has become a significant issue.To address this,this paper proposes an optimal dispatch method integrating improved convex inner approximation with feasible solution recovery.First,a dynamic boundary mechanism is proposed to refine the convex inner approximation method and construct an optimization model.This approach strictly ensures security while significantly expanding the feasible region,thereby establishing a safety foundation for better economic performance.Second,by incorporating a feasible solution recovery mechanism,the initial feasible solution undergoes gradient-guided,refined and coordinated adjustment of active and reactive power based on sensitivity information.After being fully validated by AC power flow analysis,a more secure and economically favorable dispatch plan is ultimately obtained.Finally,the simulation conducted on IEEE 33-bus,PG&E 69-bus,and IEEE 118-bus distribution systems using the YALMIP-CPLEX platform demonstrates that the proposed method achieves efficient dispatch while rigorously ensuring security.
