混合岩化作用纪录了大陆地壳深熔现象,能够发生在造山过程的各个阶段,是大陆地壳生长与改造的岩石学证据.中国南天山造山带位于中亚造山带西南缘,形成于南天山洋的俯冲、闭合及随后的陆陆碰撞过程.本文对新疆南天山造山带老虎台地区的混合岩展开了地球化学、年代学和锆石Hf-O同位素研究.结果显示,该混合岩主要为以变质火山岩为主的表壳岩经部分熔融形成.根据地球化学特征,将混合岩样品分为两类,以浅色体为主的样品均出现Nb、Ta、Sr的负异常,Eu的异常并不明显;而以暗色体为主的样品除显示Nb、Ta的负异常外,Sr、Eu均为明显正异常.所有样品均显示较平缓的右倾曲线方式,富集LREE,亏损HREE.暗色体和浅色体中具有深熔锆石特征的锆石U-Pb年龄峰值主要集中在436~376 Ma.暗色体深熔锆石的εHf(t)为-15.9~-2.06,TDM2范围为3.0~1.6 Ga,δ18O值为4.14‰~9.93‰;浅色体深熔锆石的εHf(t)为-15.7~-1.69,TDM2范围为2.4~1.6 Ga,δ18O值为4.30‰~10.02‰.上述特征指示本次研究的深熔锆石主要记录了该地区发生在早志留世—中泥盆世的深熔事件.结合前人研究,笔者认为这一期深熔作用是由南天山洋俯冲导致的.南天山地区在早志留世—晚泥盆世期间发生了重要的构造体制转换,南天山洋俯冲板片在约460~420 Ma以低角度向塔里木克拉通北缘南向俯冲,俯冲带上盘南天山和塔里木克拉通北缘整体为挤压环境.在这一挤压背景下,上地壳的前寒武纪表壳岩被底冲到地壳深部,发生有限的深熔作用.而在约420~390 Ma则发生后撤式俯冲(板片回卷),上覆板块转变为伸展背景,伴随着大规模幔源岩浆底侵和地温梯度的显著升高.大规模地壳深熔作用发生于该挤压—伸展转换背景下.

Migmatization,recording the crustal anatexis,plays a vital role in continental crustal evolution;it can occur at various stages of orogenesis and is considered direct petrological evidence for crustal growth and reworking.The South Tianshan Orogenic Belt(STOB),located in the southwestern segment of the giant Central Asian Orogenic Belt,formed through the long-term subduction of the South Tianshan Ocean and subsequent continental collision.This study presents systematic geochronological,whole-rock geochemical,and zircon Hf-O isotope analyses of migmatite from the Laohutai area in the South Tianshan.Our results show that these migmatites originated from the partial melting of supracrustal rocks dominated by volcanic components.Based on their geochemical characteristics,the migmatite samples can be divided into two groups:Leucosome-dominated samples consistently exhibit negative Nb,Ta,and Sr anomalies,with insignificant Eu anomalies;melanosome-rich samples demonstrate not only negative Nb and Ta anomalies but also pronounced positive Sr and Eu anomalies.All samples present a relatively gentle right-inclined rare earth element(REE)pattern,with enrichment in light rare earth elements(LREE)and depletion in heavy rare earth elements(HREE).The U-Pb ages of anatectic zircons from both leucosomes and melanosomes range predominantly from 436 to 376 Ma,indicating regional anatectic events that occurred mainly during the Middle Silurian to Late Devonian periods.The isotopic compositions of anatectic zircons from the melanosomes include εHf(t)values ranging from-15.98 to-2.06(TDM2:3.0~1.6 Ga)and δ18O values ranging between 4.14‰ and 9.93‰.Anatectic zircons from the leucosomes yield comparable values,with εHf(t)ranging from-15.7 to-1.69(T DM2:2.4~1.6 Ga)and δ18 O ranging from 4.30‰ to 10.02‰.In combination with previous studies,this study establishes the genetic link between the southward subduction of the South Tianshan Ocean and the anatectic events.A regional tectonic transition occurred at ca.420 Ma.From~460 to 420 Ma,low-angle,advancing subduction created a compressional regime in the STOB and the northern Tarim margin.Under these conditions,supracrustal rocks were underthrusted into deep crustal levels,generating limited anatexis.Following the tectonic transition,retreating subduction(or slab rollback)dominated from~420 to~390 Ma.This phase was accompanied by extensive mantle underplating and a significant rise in the geothermal gradient,placing the upper plate in an extensional setting.Intense anatexis occurred in response to this tectonic transition.
