With the multi-dimensional embedding of artificial intelligence in the sphere of digital labor,profound transformations are unfolding in human labor practices.Through simulating human cognitive capacities,intervening in human volitional faculties,and acquiring emotional capabilities,artificial intelligence contributes to the deconstruction of human labor subjectivity.The multiple quasi-subjectivity traits exhibited by artificial intelligence give rise to a subjectivity dilemma within digital labor.This dilemma is manifested in three main dimensions:algorithmic contingency that weakens human subject presence,human-machine interaction that deprives humans of their subject decision-making power,and and technological substitution that undermines human identity as labor subjects.In response,it is imperative to promote the socialist-oriented application of artificial intelligence technology and reshape human subjectivity in digital labor.In terms of human,efforts should be made to coordinate human-machine relations and reaffirm the creative essence of human beings;in terms of technologies,efforts should be made to return to value rationality and break free from the logic of technological capital;in terms of policies,integrated governance mechanisms should be strengthened to prevent and mitigate the risks associated with technological substitution.
