活态遗产视角下的工业型历史文化街区保护活化研究OA
Research on the Preservation and Revitalization of Industrial Historical and Cultural Blocks from the Perspective of the Living Heritage:A Case of Hengyang Jianxiang Diesel Engine Factory
在新型城镇化人文导向下,工业型历史文化街区的保护需超越物质保存,重视其承载的社会记忆与社区活力.文章以衡阳建湘柴油机厂为例,基于活态遗产理念,分析其在功能延续、文化传承与社区维系上面临的断裂困境,提出整合性保护策略.本研究旨在为我国同类街区可持续更新提供系统路径,推动其从"静态标本"转向"活力场所",实现遗产保护与社区发展的协同.
Under the humanistic orientation of new urbanization,the preservation of industrial historical and cultural blocks must transcend the physical conservation to prioritize the social memory and community vitality they carrier.Taking Hengyang Jianxiang Diesel Engine Factory as a case for study,this paper analyzes the discontinuity challenges it faces in functional continuity,cultural transmission,and community maintenance based on the concept of living heritage,and proposes an integrated conservation strategy.The paper aims to provide a systematic path for the sustainable renewal of similar blocks in China,promoting their transformation from"static specimens"to"vibrant places"and achieving synergy between heritage preservation and community development.
