青岛中山路 165 号建筑是近代商住一体里院建筑的典型代表,具有类型学意义.本研究通过分析建筑本体的平面布局、立面风貌、结构体系和周边环境等方面内容,挖掘中山路 165号建筑的价值要素,结合现实需求,提出适应性再利用的保护活化策略,为其注入新的活力,更好地实现里院建筑的可持续活化利用,同时为其他类似里院建筑保护活化提供参考.

The building on No.165 Zhongshan Road in Qingdao is a typical representative of the modern Liyuan building integrating commercial and residential functions,which is of typological significance.This paper exploring the value elements of the building No.165 Zhongshan Road by analysis the plan layout,facade style,structural system and the surrounding environment of the building itself,and proposes the protection and revitalization strategies for adaptive reuse in combination with the realistic demand,so as to inject new vitality into it and to better realize the sustainable revitalization and utilization of the Liyuan building.At the same time,it also provides references for the protection and revitalization strategies of other similar Liyuan buildings.
