Research on the Inheritance,Revitalization and Utilization of Historical Architecture Context in Guangzhou:A Case of Dongshan in Guangzhou

随着城市化进程的加快,许多历史风貌建筑被拆除、破坏、改建或遗失,导致广州的历史文化遗产和城市形象遭受重创.为了加强广州市历史文化名城保护,传承和弘扬优秀历史文化,本研究以广州市东山历史建筑为例,通过实地调研、文献研究和案例分析法,分析广州历史建筑文脉现状及存在问题,探析广州市历史建筑文脉传承和活化利用的方法.研究结论表明,广州市历史建筑文脉的传承与活化利用策略主要集中在物质形态、精神文化、建筑功能三方面.同时,保护、修复和传承方法,普及教育和宣传,社区居民参与,政策支持和多方合作等因素相互结合,方能有效促进历史建筑文脉与城市功能和文化的融合发展.

With the acceleration of urbanization,many historic buildings have been demolished,damaged,altered,or lost,causing severe damage to Guangzhou's historical and cultural heritage and its urban image.To strengthen the preservation of Guangzhou as a historic and cultural city and to inherit and promote its outstanding historical and cultural heritage,this paper takes the historical buildings in Dongshan,Guangzhou as a case for study.Through field investigation,literature review,and case analysis,it examines the current state and existing issues of the cultural context of Guangzhou's historical buildings and explores the methods for their inheritance,revitalization and utilization.The findings indicate that the strategies for the inheritance,revitalization and utilization of the cultural context of Guangzhou's historical buildings primarily focus on three dimensions:physical form,spiritual culture,and architectural function.At the same time,factors such as protection,restoration,and inheritance methods,popularization of education and publicity,community resident participation,policy support,and multi-party cooperation promote each other,thus effectively promoting the integrated development of the cultural context of historical buildings and urban functions and culture.
