Research on the Technical Path for the Digital and Intelligent Preservation of Historic Buildings Based on 3D Laser Scanning
三维激光扫描技术作为历史建筑数智化保护的核心工具,正在推动保护工作从传统手工记录向数字化、智能化转型.针对当前技术应用存在"实践先于理论"、技术路径碎片化的问题,文章旨在系统梳理三维激光扫描应用于历史建筑数智化保护研究的主要技术路径.通过厦门鼓浪屿黄荣远堂、东阳史家庄花厅及西安城墙等典型案例分析,归纳出"多源数据采集—智能融合处理—深度信息挖掘"的技术路径.这些技术路径能够实现历史建筑信息的全息记录、量化诊断与虚拟干预,为构建更科学、更高效、可持续的历史建筑保护范式提供了系统的理论参考与实践指引.
As a core tool for the digital and intelligent preservation of historic buildings,3D laser scanning technology is driving the transformation of conservation efforts from the traditional manual documentation to digital and intelligent approaches.Addressing the current challenges of"practice preceding theory"and fragmented technical paths,this paper aims to systematically outline the primary technical paths for the application of 3D laser scanning in the digital and intelligent preservation of historic buildings.Through the case studies of representative sites such as Huang Rongyuan Hall on Gulangyu Island,the Flower Hall in Shizhuang Village,Dongyang,and Xi'an City Wall,the technical path of"multi-source data acquisition-intelligent fusion processing-deep information mining"is summarized.These paths can achieve the holographic recording,quantitative diagnosis,and virtual intervention of historical building information,and provide systematic theoretical references and practical guidance for establishing a more scientific,efficient,and sustainable paradigm for historical building conservation.
