数字新质生产力与乡村产业高质量发展:效应分析与机制检验OA
The impact of digital new-quality productivity on the high-quality development of rural industries
采用2013-2022年省级面板数据,分析数字新质生产力对我国乡村产业高质量发展的影响效应.基准回归结果表明,数字新质生产力对乡村产业高质量发展具有显著正面影响.机制检验与异质性分析结果显示,土地、资本及劳动力资源错配均发挥部分中介作用,数字新质生产力的正面影响效应"中部最强、西部居中、东部最弱".建议从加大乡村劳动者数字技能培训力度、增加乡村产业建设和发展投入等方面,更好发挥数字新质生产力对乡村产业高质量发展的促进作用.
Using provincial panel data from 2013 to 2022,this study has analyzed the impact of digital new quality productivity forces on the high-quality development of rural industries in China.The baseline regression results indicate that digital new quality productivity forces exert a significant positive effect on the high-quality development of rural industries in China.Mechanism tests and heterogeneity analysis further reveal that the misallocation of land,capital,and labor resources plays a partial mediating role in this relationship.Moreover,the positive impact of digital new quality productivity exhibits clear regional heterogeneity being strongest in the central region,moderate in the western region,and weakest in the eastern region.Based on these findings,this study suggests strengthening digital skills training for rural laborers and increasing investment in rural industrial construction and development,in order to better leverage the role of digital new quality productivity in promoting high-quality development of rural industries.
