飞机维修后,多路音频输入机载话音系统单系统工作正常,但整机多系统同时工作时呈现复杂的多重低频干扰,造成耳机终端出现噪声并使飞机机组成员产生听觉疲劳.对噪声干扰产生机理进行了分析,提出查找干扰源的方法和维修中可使用的维修手段.创新性地将音频声压频谱测试用于某型号多架次飞机耳机终端噪声的采样和技术参数计算,结合电磁兼容与干扰的基础理论分析,将多样品取样、理论分析推导、维修调试、使用效果验证形成闭环,对取样的多架次机载话音系统进行技术改进,使其满足飞机机组成员对耳机音频的听觉要求.提出的排查多路音频输入机载话音系统耳机终端出现噪声故障的"三段三采样"方法,以及提炼的这类多重低频干扰非单一来源、不同架次飞机干扰源差异化叠加的"三源头"干扰模型,为有效排除整机维修后出现这类故障提供了理论指导、排查方法,以及制定修理方案的基本思路.

After the maintenance of the aircraft,the single system of multi-channel audio inputs airborne voice system works normally,but the complex multiple low-frequency interference occurs when multiple systems of the whole aircraft work at the same time,which causes the noise of the headphone terminal and the hearing fa-tigue of the crew members.The mechanism of noise interference is analyzed,and the methods of finding inter-ference sources and the maintenance methods that can be used in maintenance are put forward.The audio sound pressure spectrum test is innovatively applied to the noise sampling and technical parameter calculation of the headphone terminal of a certain type of multi sortie aircraft.Combined with the basic theoretical analysis of electromagnetic compatibility and interference,the closed loop is formed through multi sample sampling,the-oretical analysis and derivation,maintenance and debugging,and use effect verification.The technical improve-ment are carried out on the sampled multi sortie airborne voice system to meet the hearing requirements of the crew for headphone audio.The proposed"three segment three sampling"method for troubleshooting the noise fault of the headphone terminal of the multi-channel audio input airborne voice system,as well as the refined"three source"interference model of this kind of multiple low-frequency interference,which is not a single source and is differentiated and superimposed by the interference sources of different sorties of aircraft,provi-ding theoretical guidance,troubleshooting methods and basic ideas for effectively eliminating this kind of fault after the maintenance of the whole machine.
