低伤害变黏滑溜水压裂液在神府区块深煤层中的应用OA

神府区块深煤层普遍具有低孔、低渗、低压的特征,易引起吸附伤害、堵塞伤害、水化膨胀伤害和化学伤害,采用HXS压裂液时,存在对储层伤害大、配液工艺繁琐和摩阻高等问题.因此,以中低分子量聚合物为主剂,优化设计了一种适用于该区块的低伤害变黏滑溜水压裂液,并对其综合性能进行了评价.结果表明:该变黏滑溜水压裂液具备有降阻性能高、储层伤害低,易返排、易配制的特点.室内测试降阻率大于73%,破胶液表面张力小于28 mN/m,防膨率大于80%,破胶液与煤层润湿角较清水增加24°以上,各项性能指标优于行业标准和施工技术需求.神府区块8口水平井应用变黏滑溜水压裂液开展压裂施工后,施工成功率达100%,施工排量超过22 m3/min,降阻率超76.8%,返排破胶液清澈,无沉淀絮凝物生成,实现了良好的压裂增产效果.低伤害变黏滑溜水压裂液既保护了储层,又满足了深煤层大排量、大规模体积压裂的技术要求,具备良好的应用前景.

The Shenfu Block has deep coal seams with low porosity,low permeability,low pressure,which are prone to adsorption damage,blockage damage,hydration swelling damage,and chemical damage.When using HXS fracturing fluid,there are problems such as significant damage to the reservoir,cumbersome fluid preparation processes,and high friction.Therefore,a low damage variable viscosity and slippery hydraulic fracturing fluid suitable for this block was optimized and designed with medium and low molecular weight lotion polymerized thickener as the main agent,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated.The results indicated that the variable viscosity and slippery hydraulic fracturing fluid had the characteristics of high drag reduction performance,low reservoir damage,easy backflow,and easy preparation.Indoor testing showed a drag reduction rate more than 75%,a surface tension of less than 28 mN/m for the breaking solution,an anti swelling performance more than 80%,and an increase in the wetting angle between the breaking solution and the coal seam by more than 24° compared to clean water.All performance indicators were superior to industry standards and construction technology requirements.After using variable viscosity and slippery water hydraulic fracturing for 8 horizontal wells in Shenfu Block,the construction success rate was 100%,the construction displacement reached over 22 m3/min,the drag reduction performance reached over 76.8%.The backflow gel breaker is clear and free of sediment and flocculants,achieving a good fracturing and production increase effect.This low damage,viscous and slippery hydraulic fracturing fluid not only protects the reservoir,but also meets the technical requirements of large displacement and large-scale volume fracturing in deep coal seams,and has good application prospects.
