超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的研究现状与应用OA

超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维是由分子量 1×106 g/mol~5×106 g/mol的聚乙烯树脂经特殊工艺制得的高性能纤维,具有超高比强度与比模量、低密度、优异耐磨及耐低温性等突出物理性能,却因非极性分子结构存在表面能低、界面粘结性差、耐热性不足及易燃等固有缺陷.简述了UHMWPE纤维的物化性质,综述了UHMWPE 纤维的国内外研究现状及应用领域.目前UHMWPE纤维已拓展至增强材料、电磁波吸收与屏蔽材料、阻燃材料、生物医药材料等应用领域,各领域均通过功能化改性突破材料瓶颈.未来可围绕纤维结构精确调控、高效改性技术及高端应用系统解决方案开展深度研究,进一步提升其综合性能与应用价值.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers are high-performance fibers pro-duced by specialized processes from polyethylene resin with molecular weights ranging from 1×106 g/mol to 5×106 g/mol.They exhibit outstanding physical properties such as ultra-high specific strength and modulus,low densi-ty,excellent wear resistance and low-temperature tolerance.However,their non-polar molecular structure in-herently presents drawbacks including low surface energy,poor interfacial adhesion,insufficient heat resistance and flammability.In this paper,the physicochemical properties of UHMWPE fibers were briefly introduced,and the current state of domestic and international research on UHMWPE fibers and their application fields was re-viewed.Currently,UHMWPE fibers had expanded into application areas such as electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding materials,flame retardant materials,biomaterials and reinforcing materials.Functional modifica-tions had been employed across these fields to overcome material limitations.Future research should focus on pre-cise control on fiber structure,efficient modification techniques and advanced application system solutions to fur-ther enhance their comprehensive performance and application values.
