探索了丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(EA-MMA)共聚物水分散体合成工艺.采用中红外(MIR)光谱分别研究了EA-MMA共聚物水分散体冻干粉(以下简称:EA-MMA共聚物)结构.实验发现,EA-MMA共聚物结构红外吸收模式主要包括:EA-MMA共聚物C=O官能团伸缩振动模式(νC=O-EA-MMA共聚物)、EA-MMA 共聚物 CH3 官能团不对称弯曲振动模式(δas CH3-EA-MMA共聚物)、EA-MMA共聚物CH3 官能团对称弯曲振动模式(δs CH3-EA-MMA共聚物)、乳化剂芳基C=C官能团伸缩振动模式(νC=C-乳化剂)和EA-MMA共聚物及乳化剂C-O官能团伸缩振动的混合模式(νC-O-乳化剂+νC-O-EA-MMA共聚物).不同厂家生产的EA-MMA共聚物结构基本类似.对常见乳化剂进行了系统化结构研究,并得出样品中乳化剂主要包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,进一步开展了EA-MMA共聚物中乳化剂半定量研究.EA-MMA共聚物中乳化剂的种类及相对含量也存在着一定的差异.MIR光谱可以快速开展特种药用纺织材料EA-MMA共聚物水分散体合成工艺研究.

The synthesis process of ethyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate(EA-MMA)copolymer aqueous dis-persion was explored.The structure of the freeze-dried powder of EA-MMA copolymer aqueous dispersion(hereinafter referred to as EA-MMA copolymer)was studied by using mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy.The experiments found that the infrared absorption modes of EA-MMA copolymer structure mainly included:EA-MMA copolymer C=O functional group stretching vibration mode(νC=O-EA-MMA copolymer),EA-MMA copolymer CH3 functional group asymmetric bending vibration mode(δas CH3-EA-MMA copolymer),EA-MMA copolymer CH3 func-tional group symmetric bending vibration mode(δs CH3-EA-MMA copolymer),emulsifier aryl C=C functional group stretc-hing vibration mode(νC=C-emulsifier),and a mixed mode of EA-MMA copolymer and emulsifier C-O functional group stretching vibration(νC-O-emulsifier+νC-O-EA-MMA copolymer).The structures of EA-MMA copolymers from differ-ent manufacturers were basically similar.A systematic structure study was conducted on common emulsifiers,and it was concluded that the emulsifiers in the samples mainly included nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and octyl-phenol polyoxyethylene ether.Further semi-quantitative research was carried out on emulsifiers in EA-MMA co-polymers.There were also certain differences in the types and relative contents of emulsifiers in EA-MMA copol-ymers.MIR spectroscopy can quickly conduct research on the synthesis process of special medical textile materi-als EA-MMA copolymer aqueous dispersions.
