双层聚四氟乙烯泡沫涂层滤料的制备及性能OA

Preparation and Properties of Double-layer Polytetrafluoroethylene Foam-coated Filter Media

为解决工业烟气微小颗粒物污染问题,研发高效低阻的过滤材料,本研究以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液为涂层剂主要原料,采用分层涂覆法在聚苯硫醚(PPS)针刺毡上制备含内层聚乙烯醇(PVA)@PTFE层与外层PTFE层的双层泡沫涂层滤料,设计 4 种不同内外层厚度比样品,并测试其物理、透气、孔径分布、过滤等性能.结果显示,当内外层厚度比为 7∶3时,滤料综合性能最佳,其对PM1.0 过滤效率为99.6%,压降仅 206 Pa,水接触角提升至 134.99°,断裂强力达1 348.79 N,双层结构减小平均孔径且分布更均匀,形成致密三维梯度孔结构,内层提升微小颗粒截留能力,外层增强疏水性,降低阻力,二者协同实现了高效捕获与低阻平衡.该滤料在工业烟气细颗粒治理中应用潜力良好.

In order to solve the problem of tiny particulate pollution of industrial flue gas and to develop highly efficient filter materials with low resistance,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)emulsion was taken as the main raw material of the coating agent and the layered coating method was adopted to prepare double-layer foam coated filter media containing an inner polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)@PTFE layer and an outer PTFE layer on poly-phenylene sulfide(PPS)needled felts.Four samples with different thickness ratios of the inner and outer layers were designed,and their physical properties,air permeability,pore size distribution and filtration properties were tested.The results showed that when the thickness ratio of the inner and outer layers was 7∶3,the filter media had the best overall performance,with 99.6%filtration efficiency for PM1.0,pressure drop of only 206 Pa,water contact angle of 134.99° and fracture strength of 1348.79 N.The double-layer structure reduced the average pore size and distributed more uniformly,forming a dense three-dimensional gradient pore structure.The inner layer enhanced the retention capacity of small particles,and the outer layer improved the hydrophobicity and de-creased the resistance,which synergistically achieved a balance between high efficiency capture and low resist-ance.The filter media has good application potential in the treatment of fine particles in industrial flue gas.
