麻棉混纺纱活性染料深色固色工艺优化研究OA
Optimization of Fixing Process for Reactive Dyes in Dark Shades on Hemp/Cotton Blended Yarn
为提高麻棉混纺纱染色后的湿摩擦牢度,解决其深色品种因浮色造成的沾色问题,以三种不同混纺比例的麻棉纱线为研究对象,通过单因素实验,探究固色剂种类、固色剂用量、固色温度、固色时间和浴比对湿摩擦牢度、K/S值(表观色深)的影响,进而优化固色工艺参数.实验结果表明,选用固色剂AF,在用量7%(owf),固色温度40℃,固色时间30 min,浴比1∶15 的优化工艺下,三种混纺纱线的湿摩擦牢度均可提高 1~2 级,且K/S值下降不明显.三种麻棉混纺纱线固色工艺优化后,湿摩擦牢度等级明显提高,有效改善了混纺纱线深色染色效果,为实际生产提供了理论依据.
To improve the wet rubbing fastness of hemp/cotton blended yarn after dyeing and address the staining issues caused by floating colors in dark shades,three types of hemp/cotton blended yarns with different blending ratios were taken as research objects.Through single-factor experiments,the effects of fixing agent type,fixing agent dosage,fixing temperature,fixing time and bath ratio on the wet rubbing fastness and K/S val-ue(apparent color depth)were investigated,thereby optimizing the fixing process parameters.The experimental results showed that by using color-fixing agent AF at a dosage of 7%(o.w.f),a fixing temperature of 40℃,a fixing time of 30 min and a bath ratio of 1:15,the wet rubbing fastness of the three blended yarns could improved by 1~2 grades,with no significant decrease in K/S value.After optimizing the fixing process,the wet rubbing fastness grades of the three hemp/cotton blended yarns significantly improved,effectively enhancing the dark dye-ing effect of the blended yarns and providing a theoretical basis for practical production.
