PBAT熔喷非织造材料制备及其性能测试OA
Preparation and Properties Test of PBAT Meltblown Nonwovens
将聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)通过熔喷工艺制成熔喷非织造材料,探讨热风压力、挤出频率以及接收距离等熔喷工艺参数对PBAT熔喷非织造材料结构性能的影响.结果表明,PBAT熔喷非织造材料具有非常好的拉伸性能,断裂强力与伸长率均随接收距离的增大而增大,断裂伸长率高达130%,在医用口罩、绷带及擦拭材料等领域具有突出的应用前景.
Polyterephthalic acid-butylene adipate(PBAT)was made into meltblown nonwovens by melt-blown process,and the effects of meltblown process parameters such as hot air pressure,extrusion frequency and receiving distance on the structural and mechanical properties of PBAT meltblown nonwovens were investigated.The results showed that PBAT meltblown nonwovens had very good tensile properties.Their tensile strength and elongation increased with the increase of receiving distance,and the elongation at break reached 130%,sugges-ting their promising applications in the field of medical masks,bandages and wipes.
