磷添加对早熟禾叶片化学计量特征和养分重吸收效率的影响OA
Effects of Phosphorus Addition on Stoichiometric Traits and Nutrient Resorp-tion Efficiency in Bluegrass Leaves
本研究以青海扁茎早熟禾(Poa pratensis var.Qinghai)为研究对象,探究在6个磷(P)添加水平下(30,45,60,75,90,105 kg·hm-2,依次标记为P1,P2,P3,P4,P5,P6),其叶片的化学计量比和养分重吸收效率的变化趋势.结果表明:(1)叶片碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量普遍呈现枯黄期<完熟期<乳熟期,且在P3水平下叶片养分含量累积最高;(2)叶片C/N和C/P普遍呈现枯黄期>完熟期>乳熟期,N/P普遍呈现完熟期>乳熟期>枯黄期;(3)叶片氮重吸收效率(Nitrogen reabsorption efficiency,NRE)在CK处理下最高,磷重吸收效率(Phosphorus reabsorption effi-ciency,PRE)在P2添加下最高;(4)叶片NRE与化学计量比普遍呈正相关关系,PRE与成熟叶片化学计量比普遍呈负相关关系,与凋落叶片化学计量比普遍呈正相关关系.本研究认为适宜的P添加量为P2-P3(45~60 kg·hm-2).本研究为高寒区人工草地的精准施肥与科学管理提供了实践性指导.
In this study,Poa pratensis var.Qinghai was used as the research subject.The changing trends in leaf stoichiometric ratios and nutrient resorption efficiency under six phosphorus(P)addition levels(30,45,60,75,90,and 105 kg·hm-²,sequentially labeled as P1,P2,P3,P4,P5,and P6)were investigated.The results indicated:(1)The leaf carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and P contents generally exhibited the pattern of senescent stage<full ripeness stage<milky ripeness stage,with the highest accumulation of leaf nutrient con-tents observed under the P3 level.(2)Leaf C/N and C/P ratios generally followed the pattern of senescent stage>full ripeness stage>milky ripeness stage,while the N/P ratio generally showed full ripeness stage>milky ripeness stage>senescent stage.(3)The Nitrogen Reabsorption Efficiency(NRE)was the highest under the CK(control,no P addition)treatment,whereas the Phosphorus Reabsorption Efficiency(PRE)was the highest under the P2 addition level.(4)A generally positive correlation was observed between leaf NRE and stoichiometric ratios,while PRE exhibited a generally negative correlation with stoichiometric ratios in mature leaves and a generally positive correlation with stoichiometric ratios in litter leaves.This study suggests that the appropriate P addition amount is P2-P3(45~60 kg·hm-2).This research provides practical guidance for precision fertilization and scientific management of artificial grasslands in alpine regions.
