白及活性成分及质量控制研究进展OA
Research Progress on Active Ingredients and Quality Control of Bletilla striata
白及富含菲类、联苄类和有机酸类等化合物,具有止血、促进创伤愈合、保护黏膜及美白抗衰老等药理作用,在中医药和现代医疗领域广泛应用.然而,当前针对白及的质量控制研究仍存在局限性,现有质量控制指标难以系统表征其整体质量属性,制约了药材标准化进程.系统地梳理白及相关活性成分及质量控制研究进展,以期为后续深入研究白及的药用价值、开发创新药物及制定更完善的质量标准提供参考.
Bletilla striata is rich in phenanthrenes,dibenzyl,organic acids and other compounds.It has multiple pharmacological effects such as hemostasis,promoting wound healing,protecting mucosa,whiten-ing and anti-aging,thus being widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical fields.Howe ver,the current research on the quality control of Bletilla striata still has limitations.The existing quality control indicators can not systematically characterize their overall quality attributes,which hinders the standardization process of medicinal materials.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the active ingredients and quality control of Bletilla striata,aiming to provide reference for further stud-ying the medicinal value of Bletilla striata,develop innovative drugs and formulate more comprehensive quality control standards.
