外源激素处理对高加索三叶草根蘖芽生长发育的影响OA
Effects of Exogenous Hormone Treatment on the Growth and Development of Rihzome of Caucasian Clover
植物激素在作物生长过程中起着重要的调节作用,然而外源激素诱导高加索三叶草(Trifolium ambiguum)根蘖芽生长发育的关系和机制尚不清楚.本研究比较了添加外源生长素(Indole acetic acid,IAA)、细胞分裂素(Cyto-kinin,CTK)和激动素(Kinetin,KT)对高加索三叶草根蘖芽生长发育、内源激素含量以及相关基因表达的影响,并选取对植株有正向响应的IAA和KT进行复合处理,以研究其对根蘖芽生长的影响.结果表明:IAA浓度为 8.0 mg·L-1 时,外源IAA处理对高加索三叶草根蘖芽生长促进作用最强;CTK浓度为100.0 mg·L-1 时,外源CTK处理对高加索三叶草生长抑制作用最强;KT浓度为0.5 mg·L-1时,外源KT处理对高加索三叶草根蘖芽生长影响最大.外源激素通过影响内源激素含量来调控植株生长发育,与对照组相比,外源激素处理对BRI1,AP2/ERF,KNOX,MAPK基因家族和PAL,POD等相关基因有着显著影响.复合激素中 8.0 mg·L-1 IAA与 0.5 mg·L-1 KT效果最佳.本研究为高加索三叶草的人工扩繁和草地快速建植提供了实践指导依据.
Plant hormones play important regulatory roles in crop growth,but the relationship and mechanism by which exogenous hormones induce the growth and development of Caucasian clover root tillers are still unclear.In this study,the effects of indole acetic acid(IAA),cytokinin(CTK)and kinetin(KT)on the growth and development,endogenous hormone content and expression of related genes in Caucasian clover root tillers were compared.The results showed when the concentration of IAA was 8.0 mg·L-1,exogenous IAA treatment had the strongest effect on the growth of Caucasian clover root tillers.And when CTK concentration was 100.0 mg·L-1,exogenous CTK treatment had the strongest inhibitory effect on the growth of Caucasian clover.Exogenous KT treatment had the greatest effect on the growth of Caucasian clover root tillers while KT concentration was 0.5 mg·L-1.Compared with the control group,exogenous hormone treatment had a signifi-cant effect on BRI1,AP2/ERF,KNOX,MAPK gene family,PAL,POD and other related genes.In conclu-sion,8.0 mg·L-1 IAA and 0.5 mg·L-1 KT work best.This study provides a practical guidance for the artifi-cial propagation and rapid grassland planting of Caucasian clover.
