针对高海拔地区低气压、昼夜温差大、缺氧等极端环境对乳化炸药性能的影响及制约,通过配方优化、工艺改进及性能测试,开发了2 种新型一体化油相材料,用于制备高原型乳化炸药.在-20℃、海拔 3 600 m下,测试得到乳化炸药的爆速为4 865 m/s,殉爆距离为8 cm,猛度为17.34 mm;12 次高低温循环实验后,爆速为4 563 m/s,殉爆距离为7 cm,猛度为16.02 mm.模拟高原条件,对乳化炸药的性能进行实验评估发现,制备的高原型乳化炸药在各种高海拔条件下的性能指标均符合GB 28286-2024 的要求.

In response to the impact and constraints of extreme environments such as low air pressure,large tempe-rature difference between day and night,and lack of oxygen in high-altitude areas on the performance of emulsion explo-sives,two new integrated oil phase materials have been developed through formula optimization,process improvement,and performance testing for the preparation of plateau-type emulsion explosives.At-20℃and an altitude of 3 600 m,the detonation velocity of the emulsion explosive is4 865 m/s,the detonation distance is8 cm,and the intensity is17.34 mm.After 12 cycles of high and low temperature experiments,the detonation velocity is 4 563 m/s,the detonation distance is 7 cm,and the intensity is 16.02 mm.Performances of the emulsion explosive was evaluated experimentally by simulating high-altitude conditions,and it was found that the performance indicators of the prepared plateau-type emulsion explosive meets the requirements of GB 28286-2024 under various high-altitude conditions.
