一步硝化法制备本质安全型双基药及其性能研究OA
Preparation and Performances of an Intrinsically Safe Double-Base Propellant by One-Step Nitration
针对双基药(NC/NG)传统制备工艺中因游离硝化甘油(NG)积聚而存在的重大安全隐患问题,采用一种创新的一步法合成工艺,通过在低温混酸体系中实现纤维素与甘油的同步硝化及产物的原位吸收,制备了一种新型双基药.实验结果表明:该工艺从源头上杜绝了游离NG的生成与积聚;形成了与典型双基药化学结构一致的纯净、均质的NC/NG复合体系.性能表征证实,产物在保持与典型双基药相当的热分解特性与能量水平的同时,展现出更优的批次稳定性.通过同步硝化-原位吸收形成的致密、无缺陷的微观结构,有效消除了可诱发意外的热点,可提升产品的安全性能.
In the traditional preparation process of double-base propellant(NC/NG),there exists a significant safety hazard due to the accumulation of free nitroglycerin(NG).An innovative one-step synthesis process was adopted,which achieves simultaneous nitration of cellulose and glycerol and in-situ absorption of the products in a low-temperature mixed acid system,and a novel double-base propellant was prepared.Experimental results show that this process eliminates the generation and accumulation of free NG from the source.A pure and homogeneous NC/NG composite system was formed,and it is consistent with the chemical structure of typical double-base propellants.Performance characterization confirms that the product exhibits superior batch-to-batch stability while maintaining comparable thermal decomposition characteristics and energy levels to typical double-base propellants.A dense,defect-free microstructure was formed by si-multaneous nitration-in-situ absorption,effectively eliminating hot spots that can induce accidents,and the safety performa-ces of the product could be improved.
