针对水下未爆弹药(UXO)的安全销毁需求,设计了一种水下无人潜航器(ROV)搭载的新型水下爆炸销毁装置.设计重点在于提升复杂水下环境中该装置的适应性、破甲效能以及固定方式的可靠性.理论分析和系列试验验证了装置结构的合理性、传爆序列性能的稳定性以及输出模块的侵彻可靠性.采用了长距有线起爆方式,提高了点火序列的抗干扰能力和安全性;选择了适合水下环境的传爆序列方案,确保了销毁作业的成功率;并对装置的外形结构进行了优化,增强了装置的耐压性能和防水特性.关键组件的试验结果表明,该装置能够有效地满足水下销毁作业的各项性能要求.为水下未爆弹药的安全、高效处理提供了一种可行的技术方案.

A new underwater explosive destruction device mounted on an unmanned underwater vehicle(ROV)has been designed to meet the demand for safe destruction of underwater unexploded ordnances(UXO).The focus of the design is to enhance the adaptability,armor penetration efficiency,and reliability of the fixed method of the device in com-plex underwater environments.Theoretical analysis and a series of experiments have verified the rationality of the device structure,the stability of the detonation sequence performance,and the reliability of the penetration of the output module.Adopting long-distance and wired detonation methods,anti-sinterference ability and safety of the ignition sequence have been improved.A detonation sequence scheme suitable for underwater environments was chosen,ensuring the success rate of the destruction operation.And the external structure of the device has been optimized,enhancing its pressure resistance and waterproof characteristics.The test results of key components show that the device can effectively meet the performance requirements of underwater destruction operations,providing a feasible technical solution for the safe and efficient disposal of underwater unexploded ordnance.
