破乳剂对乳化基质稳定性的影响规律OA

乳化炸药生产中,为了快速表征乳化基质的稳定性,系统考察了液体破乳剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)和失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(Tween80)、固体破乳剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和油酸钠对乳化基质的破乳效果.通过黏度测定、硝酸铵析晶率分析、流变性能测试及超声衰减表征等手段定量评估了破乳程度,并结合正交实验探究了各因素对破乳效率的影响.同时,通过显微观察,揭示了微观结构对宏观现象的影响规律.结果表明:液体破乳剂OP-10 的破乳效果显著优于Tween80;在固体破乳剂体系中,破乳剂含量是影响破乳效率的主要因素;同时,升高温度与延长作用时间均能有效促进破乳进程.流变性能测试表明,破乳剂显著降低了界面膜的强度与屈服应力.而超声衰减系数变化与乳化基质破乳程度有很好的对应关系.建立了乳化基质破乳程度的定量评价体系,为工业应用中乳化基质的质量评估和快速检测提供参考.

In the production of emulsion explosives,in order to quickly characterize the stability of the emulsified matrix,the demulsification effects of liquid demulsifiers alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)and dehydrated sorbitol monooleate polyoxyethylene ether(Tween80),solid demulsifiers sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and sodium oleate on the emulsified matrix were systematically investigated.The degree of demulsification was quantitatively evaluated through vis-cosity measurement,ammonium nitrate crystallization rate analysis,rheological property testing,and ultrasonic attenuation characterization.The influence of various factors on demulsification efficiency was explored through orthogonal experiments.Meanwhile,the influence of microstructure on macroscopic phenomena was revealed by microscopic observation.The re-sults show that the demulsification effect of liquid demulsifier OP-10 was significantly better than that of Tween80.In solid demulsifier systems,the demulsifier content is the main factor affecting the demulsification rate.Meanwhile,increasing the temperature and prolonging the action time can effectively promote the demulsification process.In rheological test,it shows that the strength and yield stress of the interfacial film are significantly reduced by the demulsifier.There is a good correla-tion between the variation of ultrasonic attenuation coefficient and the degree of demulsification.A quantitative evaluation system for the degree of demulsification has been established,providing references for the quality assessment and rapid de-tection of emulsified matrix in industrial applications.
